Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for conducting collection and assets recovery of Non Performing Loan (NPL) debtor for SME segment.
  2. Initiating early detection mechanism for Non Performing Loan (NPL) debtor.
  3. Classified debtor and take pro-active action to prevent further deterioration and improve asset quality and recovery prospects.
  4. Liaise with external & internal lawyers for litigation of NPL as legal action.
  5. Analyze financial statements, review cash flows & all other financial data provided by debtor.
  6. Provide periodical & updated report of Remedial & Collection - SME.

Key Qualifications :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree from Economic or Law.
  • Having minimum 5 years proven experience in Banking Remedial & Collection especially in SME segment.
  • Strong knowledge of banking law and credit documentation.
  • Having strong networking with external parties (lawyer).
  • Good interpersonal and analyzing skill, as well as effective communication.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written would be an advantage.

Responsibilities :

  1. Coordinate and / or make additions and changes to the network hardware and operations.
  2. Provide direct support in the daily operation of the network hardware and operating systems, including the evaluation of system utilization, monitoring response time and the main support is detection and correction problems at operational.

Description

  • Work with the Development Team to manage the quality assurance of the application program.
  • Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
  • Investigating, Reporting and Handling User Bugs System.
  • Work with the Development Team to ensure user excellence with proper training enforcement and quality documentation fulfillment.
  • Ensure documentation and reports are promptly and accurately submitted.

  • Follow standard methods of analyzing and code testing
  • Understand and participate in design/develop/maintain test automation framework
  • Design/develop/maintain automation test cases for assigned modules
  • Define testing plan (Tese Scenario and Test Case) and ensure all development requirements are fulfilled
  • Performing all aplicable testing types (user interface, functionality, performance, system, integration, regression, unit testing)

  • To coordinate on position monitoring / overall risk exposure , per risk and per type of functional activity.

  • Make recommendations on the amount or maximum risk exposure that must be maintained to the operating unit and the Risk Management Committee.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute specific audit programs, procedures and tasks that are sufficient to opine on the adequacy of governance, risk management, control and compliance processes;
  • Performs audit procedures, including evaluating suitability of control design and operating effectiveness, determining compliance with policies and procedures, identifying and defining issues, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures;
  • Conducts interviews, reviews documents, develops and administers surveys, compose summary memo, and prepares working papers;
  • Prepares reports of audit findings, including recommendations that are relevant, complete and accurate for audit assignments;
  • Build and maintain solid relationships via regular communications with key stakeholders;
  • Act as a consultant on all quality control matters, educating staff on trends and issues so that the business is proactive in addressing them as required;
  • Conducts periodic reviews of compliance with regulatory requirements and compliance with policy, based on the bank’s risk assessment according to the approved audit schedule;

Key Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree from reputable university (finance, accounting or business preferred);
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time bank auditing experience;
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of major laws and banking regulations required;

Responsibilities :

  • Acknowledge the nature of market based on segmentation which has been stated as fundamental in determining target market.
  • Conduct credit process, credit monitoring, and administration based on the regulation that refer to "Kebijakan Perkreditan Bank" (KPB).
  • Able to identify consumer need and product offering which correspond to it.
  • Conduct credit professionally and compose credit memorandum as credit approval application to credit committee.

 

Qualifications and Key Competencies :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with maximum age 35 years old.
  • At least 3 years working experience as account officer lending in banking industry and have database.
  • Effective communication and good relationship.
  • Able to work under pressure, good interpersonal, and target oriented person.
  • Able to analyze financial report.
  • Having knowledge about 5C's of credit analysis (Character, Capital, Capacity, Collateral, and Condition of Economy).
