Job Description : 

  1. Promoting and marketing the branch and its product.
  2. Asses local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  3. Meeting with customers and resolving any problem or complaints.
  4. Ensuring there's high level of customers service.
  5. Oversee the daily activities of the branch personnel and bring out the best of branch.

Key Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post.
  • Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of Bank Branch Management experience.
  • Vast knowledge and experience of credit proposal preparation, financial analysis, implementation of SME credit product.

Responsibilities :

  • Write high-quality, clean, maintainable code using engineering best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design patterns, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other software engineers, product owners, user experience designer, and operations engineers to build new products
  • Bringing forward technology ideas for continuous improvements to products and processes
  • Design and maintain the relational database and its schemas
  • Presents ideas for system improvements, produces detailed specifications, and writes program codes.
  • Tests the product in controlled and real situations before deployment.

Description

  • Work with the Development Team to manage the quality assurance of the application program.
  • Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
  • Investigating, Reporting and Handling User Bugs System.
  • Work with the Development Team to ensure user excellence with proper training enforcement and quality documentation fulfillment.
  • Ensure documentation and reports are promptly and accurately submitted.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Follow standard methods of analyzing and code testing
  • Understand and participate in design/develop/maintain test automation framework
  • Design/develop/maintain automation test cases for assigned modules
  • Define testing plan (Tese Scenario and Test Case) and ensure all development requirements are fulfilled
  • Performing all aplicable testing types (user interface, functionality, performance, system, integration, regression, unit testing)
  • Create documentation for changes made in framework or for any new implementation
  • Work closely with all squads to understand changing requirements and help product qa maintain automation test cases

Job Requirements :

  • Experience in developing/using web and mobile UI/Functional test automation framework (data driven, key-word driven, etc)
  • Experience or knowledge of mobile apps (iOS and Android) and mobile apps automation tools like Appium, Robotium, Monkeytalk, etc
  • Experience in open source tools like Selenium, Watir, etc (licensed tools like QTP are also considered)
  • Experience in any programming language (java, python, perl, etc)
  • Experience in testing and bug reporting
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Experience in Scrum Framework

Responsibilities :

  • Makes loan proposal from customer by performing analysis of potential customer feasibility study in the credit process applied, including gathering information, visiting client, etc.
  • Analyses credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
  • Generates financial ratios to evaluate customer's financial statement status.
  • Evaluates customer records.
  • Prepares reports that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
  • Completes loan applications, including credit analyses and summaries of loan request; and
  • Reviews individual or commercial customer files to identify and select delinquent accounts for collection.

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting in managing the Bank’s accounting, finance and taxation functions to ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance with all company and governmental requirements, laws and regulations;
  • Complies with Indonesian regulations on tax filing requirements by adhering to requirements, advising management on required actions, calculating estimated tax payments, and assembling data for monthly and annual tax filings;

  • To coordinate on position monitoring / overall risk exposure , per risk and per type of functional activity.
  • Conduct an assessment of the proposed activity and or new products.
  • Make recommendations on the amount or maximum risk exposure that must be maintained to the operating unit and the Risk Management Committee.
  • To evaluate the accuracy and validity of the data that used in risk measurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute specific audit programs, procedures and tasks that are sufficient to opine on the adequacy of governance, risk management, control and compliance processes;
  • Performs audit procedures, including evaluating suitability of control design and operating effectiveness, determining compliance with policies and procedures, identifying and defining issues, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures;
  • Conducts interviews, reviews documents, develops and administers surveys, compose summary memo, and prepares working papers;
  • Prepares reports of audit findings, including recommendations that are relevant, complete and accurate for audit assignments;
  • Build and maintain solid relationships via regular communications with key stakeholders;
  • Act as a consultant on all quality control matters, educating staff on trends and issues so that the business is proactive in addressing them as required;
  • Conducts periodic reviews of compliance with regulatory requirements and compliance with policy, based on the bank’s risk assessment according to the approved audit schedule;

Key Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree from reputable university (finance, accounting or business preferred);
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time bank auditing experience;
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of major laws and banking regulations required;
  • Effective communication (both verbal and written), negotiating and presentation skills;
  • Confident and able to show conviction over opinions and suggestions;
  • Excellent analytical ability with a good attention to detail;

Responsibilities :

  • Acknowledge the nature of market based on segmentation which has been stated as fundamental in determining target market.
  • Conduct credit process, credit monitoring, and administration based on the regulation that refer to "Kebijakan Perkreditan Bank" (KPB).
  • Able to identify consumer need and product offering which correspond to it.
  • Conduct credit professionally and compose credit memorandum as credit approval application to credit committee.

 

Qualifications and Key Competencies :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with maximum age 35 years old.
  • At least 3 years working experience as account officer lending in banking industry and have database.

  • Having knowledge about 5C's of credit analysis (Character, Capital, Capacity, Collateral, and Condition of Economy).
